Options: Development services may be required. This will be managed using SoWs as set out in the Contract. The estimated value of this work has been accounted for within the estimated contract value of 700,000 GBP.

### Procurement Information

- The need for continuity of service using existing digital partners while future options are considered and developed. - FSS will use the duration of this Contract to secure full access to the databases and their underlying source code, which will provide FSS with greater control over both systems giving FSS the option to either manage and develop them in-house or tender for a fully managed service on the open market which aligns with changing requirements and ensures best value for money.
