## Summary

The Sanctuary Housing Association, based in Worcester, is planning a procurement process titled "Responsive Repairs and Maintenance - Central Scotland," focused on housing and community amenities. The procurement is currently in the planning stage with the intent to commence on 1st October 2025. The tender will cover responsive maintenance and repairs, voids, planned maintenance, as well as damp and mould services in Central Scotland. Sanctuary will leverage its ConstructDPS Dynamic Purchasing System for the tender process, encouraging prospective suppliers to register and update their profiles by early June 2025 ahead of the anticipated bid requests in June. The procurement value is approximately GBP 3,993,204, and the procurement category is services, with further document submissions concluding by 2nd June 2025.

This tender presents numerous opportunities for businesses, particularly those specialising in building, general maintenance, and community amenities services. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs), especially those with existing expertise in responsive repairs, general building, electrical services, roofing, and drainage across Scotland, will find this a lucrative opportunity. By becoming part of the ConstructDPS, businesses will not only be eligible to tender for this specific project but could also gain visibility with other clients within the Local Supply Chain network, opening the door to additional projects beyond this one. The growth potential is significant for those who meet the necessary qualifications, such as holding SSIP accreditation and Cyber Essentials, ahead of the contract commencement.
