The West Lothian Alcohol and Drug Partnership (WLADP) Executive has agreed to 2 additional full-time posts are commissioned to address the gaps in service provision. The aim is to facilitate the transition into existing recovery services by supporting engagement and developing a person-centred approach to achieving stability. This will be facilitated by close working relationships with all WLADP partner agencies, taking advantage of joint working synergies and augmenting the roles of partners.. There was no Price/Quality Split as this procurement relates to a direct award approved by West Lothian Council Executive on 4 February 2025.

A direct award is permissible within procurement regulations as the cumulative value is below the GPA threshold of GBP552,950 ex vat.
