## Notice

### Lot Information

Hire of Minibuses / Buses

Lot 2 is anticipated to be for the hire of minibuses/buses with or without a driver, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement.. NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change.

Hire of Commercial Vehicles

Lot 3 is anticipated to be for the hire of commercial vehicles, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The commercial vehicles expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, tippers of various payloads, dropside crewcabs etc.. NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change.

Hire of Refuse Collection Vehicles

Lot 5 is anticipated to be for the hire of refuse collection vehicles, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The refuse collection vehicles expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, a range of sizes from 3.5 Tonne to 26 Tonne.. NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change.

Hire of Grounds Maintenance Equipment

Lot 9 is anticipated to be for the hire of grounds maintenance equipment, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The grounds maintenance equipment expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, mowers or woodchippers of various sizes.. NOTE: At this stage, the lot structure has not been confirmed, and is subject to change.

Hire of Specialist Equipment

Lot 11 is anticipated to be for the hire of specialist vehicles, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The specialist vehicles expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, multi-use utility vehicles.. NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change.

Hire of Drainage Equipment

Lot 12 is anticipated to be for the hire of drainage vehicles and/or equipment , for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The drainage equipment expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, a range of gully emptiers, vactors or pumps of various sizes.. NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change.

Hire of Gritters

Lot 4 is anticipated to be for the hire of gritters, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The gritters expected to be included range in size from 3.5 tonne to 26 tonne.. NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change.

Hire of Cars & Light Vehicles

Lot 1 is anticipated to be for the hire of cars and light vehicles for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The cars and light vehicles expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, small cars, executive cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes.. NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change.

Hire of Plant - Excavation Equipment

Lot 6 is anticipated to be for the hire of excavation plant with or without a driver or operator, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The plant equipment expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, dozers, dumpers and excavators.. Hire of Plant - Road Surfacing Equipment

Lot 7 is anticipated to be for the hire of road surfacing plant with or without a driver or operator, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The plant equipment expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, spreaders, pavers and rollers.. Hire of Plant - Lifting Equipment

Lot 8 is anticipated to be for the hire of plant lifting equipment with or without an operator, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The plant lifting equipment expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, Telehandlers, Access Platforms, Scissor Lifts etc.. NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change.

Hire of Sweepers

Lot 10 is anticipated to be for the hire of sweepers, for use by all 32 Scottish councils and other contracting authorities permitted to call-off contracts under the proposed Framework Agreement. The sweepers expected to be covered is, but is not limited to, a range of sweepers from 2 tonne to 18 tonne..
