This project supports a wider Product Stewardship Plan development workstream at Zero Waste Scotland. The data and information gathered in this project will be used to recommend priority products which will subject to a full Products Stewardship assessment. This will include further analysis covering broader impacts and issues - and the assessment of potential policy interventions to address their impacts and maximise economic opportunities.Key findings are expected to include:* An evidence-based prioritised shortlist of products to take forward; and* Clear and well evidenced pathway for prioritising certain product types at this timeThe Contractor will use their skills, knowledge and experience of quantitative research methods to undertake research that identifies what suitable data sets exist for the products and categories identified, developing a methodology to assess the impact of each the product and categories against the stated criteria, and producing a brief summary of this assessment for each of the products listed.The Client has chosen not to prescribe the methodology therefore, the Contractor shall propose a suitable robust methodology to meet the Project objectives and the required outputs, which may include a mixture of methods to be agreed with the Client.Further information including anticipated outputs, is provided in the Additional Documents that accompany this Quick Quote Notice.
