## Summary

The public procurement opportunity revolves around the provision of countryside interpretations on Crown Estate Scotland's Glenlivet Estate. The buying organisation, Crown Estate Scotland, is engaging in an open procurement procedure to appoint a supplier for the design, planning, construction, and installation of three countryside interpretations across two locations within the Glenlivet Estate region, UKM62. These interpretations include an internal meadow seating with a unique feature at Tomintoul Wildflower Meadow and a planet trail at Glenmullie Forest. The tender, announced on 11th July 2025, closes for submissions on 30th July 2025, with the project set to commence on 25th August 2025 and conclude by 31st March 2026. Crown Estate Scotland's active role in this tender underscores its commitment to enhancing environmental connectivity through innovative designs.

This tender represents significant potential for business growth, particularly for companies with expertise in landscape architecture, environmental engineering, and eco-tourism development. The project's focus on enriching community and visitor engagement with natural spaces presents an opportunity for suppliers capable of incorporating educational and interactive elements into their designs. Businesses experienced in constructing interactive, environmentally sensitive installations within natural landscapes would be well-suited to compete in this procurement process. Additionally, as the tender calls for electronic submissions, firms with robust digital capability can leverage this streamlined submission method to enhance their chances of successful participation.
