## Summary

Scape Procure Scotland Ltd, a public sector-owned procurement specialist, is in the planning phase for establishing a "SCAPE Scotland Professional Services and Development Framework" across Scotland. This procurement process focuses on providing professional services and development, categorised under services within the construction and consultancy sectors. The main procurement activities will take place within various regions in Scotland, with key engagements scheduled before issuing a formal contract notice. A critical milestone includes a market engagement session on 20th August 2025 at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow. This initiative, currently in the planning stage, is a significant opportunity for businesses involved in consultancy, infrastructure, strategic advisory, and development management.

This tender presents substantial growth opportunities for businesses specialising in professional services, particularly those involved in the built environment and infrastructure consultancy sectors. With a projected framework value of £200 million, companies capable of delivering services with an annual turnover exceeding £25 million will find this an ideal opportunity. The framework also offers the chance to engage in strategic advisory and development management, providing a broad spectrum for consultancy firms eager to expand their portfolios. By engaging in the market engagement sessions, businesses can influence the procurement process's shaping, ensuring alignment with their strategic capabilities and market positioning.
