## Summary

The LHC Procurement Group for the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) is at the planning stage of a significant public procurement project titled "Public Buildings Construction and Infrastructure." This procurement initiative, located in Scotland (region UKM), encompasses a comprehensive range of construction-related services for public buildings, spanning from new build projects to refurbishments and infrastructure developments. The project is set to be structured across multiple lots based on project type and value, with cost bands ranging from under £750,000 to over £25 million. The forthcoming tender process will officially commence on 23rd September 2025, as indicated by the future notice date. This procurement engages the works category and adheres to European legal procurement frameworks.

This substantial tender provides expansive opportunities for growth for businesses within the construction, refurbishment, and facilities management sectors. Companies specialising in traditional or modern construction methods, as well as those offering demolition, recovery, and professional services such as project management and cost control, will find this framework particularly suitable. The tender also invites firms capable of handling civil infrastructure developments. With its wide range of lots, this procurement is primed for businesses of varying sizes, providing a competitive avenue to expand their operational footprint within the Scottish public sector framework. Interested parties are encouraged to register their interest via the In-Tend portal to be kept informed about early market engagement opportunities and further tender details.
