### Lot Information

Lot 1

HES has appointed a supplier that is a learning and development specialist who has an expert understanding of supporting organisations in creating a culture of inclusion and fair treatment for all. The successful supplier has experience of developing an engaging learning and development programme within a complex organisation. The successful supplier will work with us to ensure all colleagues across the organisation understand and are responsible for creating a culture of inclusion.

Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the Successful Tenderer, either intended as partial replacement of supplies or installations or as extensions of existing supplies and installations. The Contracting Authority may at it's sole discretion exercise this option.

Renewal: The initial contract term will be for 2 years, and there will be an option to extend the contract for a further year if required by HES, giving a total possible contract length of 3 years (2+1 contract)
