### Lot Information

Lot 1

Initial survey and inspection of the Solar Heating Installation within each property, reporting on operation and functionality of all equipment. Testing the installations within each property following the Initial Inspection, then annually thereafter. Periodic servicing of the Solar Heating installations within each property. These are to be at periods not exceeding 12 months unless extensions to this have been agreed with the Contract Administrator, following a risk assessment.
