### Lot Information

Lot 1

HES wishes to appoint a display case manufacturer to supply, deliver and install a new display case for the Honours Of Scotland at Edinburgh Castle. This will be a single display case with Intergrated alarms, lighting and environmental controls that meet and ideally exceed minimum GIS compliance. The Supplier will be expected to work collaboratively with the HES contracted Security Provider, Interpretative Designer, Lighting Designer, Preventative Conservator, Mount Maker and fit-out and enabling works contractor to refine and detail the case design both prior to manufacture and during all delivery phases of the project. The Supplier will be expected to manage the install of the case into the Crown Room and all associated prelims, including transport, access and handling solutions, to move the case components through the Castle to the Crown Room.

Options: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to request additional deliveries by the Successful Tenderer, either intended as partial replacement of supplies or installations or as extensions of existing supplies and installations. The Contracting Authority may at it's sole discretion exercise this option.
