Vehicular access is currently taken from School Road and Parkview Crescent, which forms the West and South boundary of the site. - Price Offers over 1.5m invited. NLC intends to waive VAT exemption therefore VAT will be payable. - The Council will only accept submissions made via the Public Contracts Scotland portal. - Bids arriving after the closing date/time will not be considered nor will bids sent by email. - Following Closing Date A shortlist of bidders will be identified and issued with detailed commentary which can be used to present a final bid.
