The initial 2-year budget available to deliver the services is between GBP30,000 and GBP38,000 (excluding VAT).

This is a CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE. HIE requires a suitable qualified and experienced supplier to provide cleaning services at the Manufacturing Innovation Centre Moray (MICM), Forres. It is expected that these services will be required from 03 November 2025 for an initial period of 2 years with HIE having the option to extend for a further period or periods of up to 12 months, and a further period or periods of 12 months (together not exceeding 24 months following the Initial Term). The initial 2-year budget available to deliver the services is between GBP30,000 and GBP38,000 (excluding VAT).. The contract award value includes the extension options

Options: HIE reserves the right to modify the contract for reasons including but not limited to: Changes in occupancy level that require increased or reduced services, for example third party tenants occupying or vacating space, number of employees based in the office; - Change in any lease agreements requiring increased or reduced services or resulting in no further services required; e.g. relocation, building closure; - Services required at additional buildings/sites within the local area; - Services required at a different building e.g. HIE moves to another office within the local area; - Increase or decrease tasks to meet additional hygiene measures and/or pandemic restrictions; - Sale of building/part of building; - Amendment to the frequency of tasks; - Change in requirements to accommodate temporary works to the building.

Renewal: HIE reserve the right to extend the Initial Term by a period or periods together not exceeding 24 months.
