## Notice

3.1.1. The work included in the Contract consists of the servicing, inspection and repairs of automatic doors to various properties within the geographical area, of LHA properties as in appendix 2. 3.1.2. Servicing is scheduled to take place in February and August each year The successful contractor can alter this, however time between servicing must not exceed 6 months 3.1.3. The contractor shall be required to complete all remedial repairs arising from the regular servicing of the automatic door units. 3.1.4. The scope of works to be carried out are listed in appendix 3 document within this tender package. 3.1.5. The Contractor shall be required to operate an electronic system capable of recording all events in the Contract. Electronic copies of servicing, inspection and repairs completed and no access properties are to be provided to LHA. 3.1.6. This will be a single MTC contract. 3.1.7. The number of automatic door units may change throughout the contract. Where this happens, LHA will aim to give the contractor adequate notice of additional units, or removal of units.

The Automatic door maintenance and repairs service will provide LHA with assurance that their stock meets all required legislation and British standards in regards to automatic door units
