The contract's requirements for high standards in both major and minor adaptations necessitate reliable service delivery, providing growth opportunities for firms able to meet the specific and timely demands of the project. Moreover, given the long-term nature of the contract with potential extensions, successful bidders can secure steady work and establish a strong ongoing relationship with a registered social landlord.
