The Council conducts a minimum of two Citizens' Panel Surveys per year on a variety of topics. A feedback newsletter is sent with every Panel Survey which outlines the key results from the previous questionnaire and the Council's response to the Panel's feedback. The Panel consists of around 1,000 members, with membership refreshed annually by a third. The workstream also includes support for the management of the Council's Employee Surveys.
