SERVICES REQUIRED: We are placing a training and development framework to provide Scottish Government and other public bodies in Scotland with tailored learning and development, grounded in the Scottish public procurement context, to build capability in the following areas. Lot 1: Procurement and Commercial Public procurement skills across a broad range of topics covering goods, services and works, including current legislation and policy relevant to Scotland, building commercial acumen, and procurement and supply chain specialisms. Renewal: Option to extend by two 12-month periods. Sustainable and Climate Procurement Training The Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate (SPPD) has a requirement to place a Procurement Commercial and Sustainability Training Framework on behalf of the Scottish Ministers to support the professionalisation of public procurement in Scotland.
