The works will consist of gutter cleaning to the majority of high level ( 3 or 4 storey high) properties on behalf of Linthouse Housing Association as part of our cyclical maintenance programme 2025-2030 generally within the Linthouse, Drumoyne and Langlands areas of G51 with some properties located within the G52 postcode area. Minor repairs should be attended to when onsite. Renewal: The provision of the gutter cleaning service is for a period of 3 years. The employer retains the right to extend, or not, the contract after the initial 3 years with two possible 12 month extensions.
