The Council's Facilities Services have an ongoing requirement for an external provider to provide services to ensure full compatibility with the existing equipment (52 machines) and to avoid the risks associated with using non-approved parts or third-party servicing which, could lead to operational issues, it is in the Council's best interest to establish a formal contract for the maintenance and repair of all vending machines across 17 high schools. The contract will be for a period of 4 years from 28 July 2025 to 27 July 2029.
