Provision of Service, Maintenance & Repair of Media Preparators & Plate Pourers and related consumables. Spend value is for the initial five (5) years, however scope to include an additional 40,000 GBP subject to need and satisfactory performance. Estimated Value is provided for guidance only, the University is not bound to spend this value, this is subject to need and satisfactory performance.

Options: This will be a University wide agreement allowing other University departments to participate if the Agreement fits their requirements.

Renewal: Initial SLS CTS requirement will be a Termed Contract - 5 x 12 months in the first instance - fixed pricing for three (3) years in the first instance, reviewed annually and shall be subject to need and satisfactory performance by the appointed contractor.
