We have a number of upcoming projects where we will be using the Quick Quote (QQ) Facility on Public Contracts Scotland to publish individual QQ's. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Forres Conservation & Heritage Scheme (FCHS) will support the regeneration of Forres Town Centre by offering to conserve and enhance the historic built environment via repairs programmes for priority projects, grants schemes for homeowners and businesses, public realm improvements, exploring solutions to vacant properties, traditional skills training, community heritage activities, interpretation and enhancing social interaction/greening of the Conservation Area. The scheme will invest 3.35 million in the Forres Conservation Area and will run from January 2025 until December 2029.
