THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE AND AS SUCH THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS IS COMPLETE. Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) has awarded a contract to a single supplier to provide HIE Impact Women Programme. The 8 months contract has a start date of 06.02.26 and end date of 05.10.26. HIE has the option to extend it for 2 months.

Lot 1

The value used in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the estimated total value over the maximum duration of 10 months.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8, 9 and 10 of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Options: HIE may modify this contract with regard to demand and budgetary availability or where HIE's strategic focus changes as a result of changes in Scottish Government policy or as a result of a direction given to them by the Scottish Government. This may result in amendments to requirements under the contract including but not limited to: Additional funding is obtained and used e.g. to increase the number of participants. Tendered rates will apply to any increases. A minimum of preferably 5 participants is not signing up for each offered webinar session. HIE reserves the right not to proceed with it and reduce the contract value. The demand for the programme and the number of recruited participants exceeds the initial target of 30 individuals, the contract value may be subject to increase pending additional funding.

Renewal: A period or periods together not exceeding 2 months following the initial Term. The extension will be time only and subject to budget availability.

  HIE Impact Women Programme - HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver the HIE Impact Women Programme; The programme aims to support a target of 30 participants. The participants will be women in a leadership role in an enterprise already trading (with a minimum annual turnover of GBP 25,000) and not exceeding the SME classification, with growth aspirations. Women either advancing in a leadership role within an existing organisation or growing their own organisation will be eligible to participate. This programme will be open to businesses and social enterprises (hereinafter referred to as organisations) within the HIE region. The supplier will be responsible for participant recruitment, delivery of two in-person residential workshops, design and facilitation of a series of virtual webinars, provision of online one-to-one mentoring support, and overall programme administration and reporting. The programme will be jointly funded by the Scottish Government and Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE).
