### Procurement Information

It has been fully customised for the Service to meet the needs of the Community Wellbeing Team, the Welfare Rights Team and the Money Advice Team and has an API connection to South Lanarkshire Council's website to allow completed online forms to be imported directly into it. The system is already fully functioning and set up to meet our service needs. Other services within the Council also use this system. All relevant IT and data protection considerations have been addressed as part of previous procurement exercises. All staff have been trained on the system and it would be Best Value for the Council to continue to use the system that is in place. In entering a new procurement exercise for this software, would incur additional administrative costs in terms of training, installation, and the process of data migration.
