The Leadership Academy delivers programmes under a framework agreement with multiple suppliers across the Scottish Enterprise area, the programme plays a key role in cultivating leadership capability and innovation within businesses. The current framework expires early April 2026 and we anticipate commencing a new procurement process in December 2025. To inform this process, we are seeking to engage with the market to better understand current capabilities and approaches to delivering high-impact leadership development. We welcome expressions of interest from suppliers who possess specialist knowledge, proven experience, and the capacity to deliver innovative and effective leadership programmes tailored to diverse business needs. The Workplace Innovation Leadership Development Framework will consist of a series of one-day workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions, and topic specific diagnostic tools, delivered over a period of 2 - 6 months, depending on the Lot. Delivery will follow a hybrid model, combining online and face-to-face formats to maximise accessibility and impact. The Framework will deliver programmes across the Scottish Enterprise area, responding to demand.
