## Notice

The provision of a support service to those whose care needs are met via a Direct Payment requires to continue. Failure to do so could lead to service delivery breakdown for those who rely on this care, loss of employment to those personal assistants and ultimately care responsibility falling back to the Council as provider of last resort. Provision to be over 12 months commencing on 1 April 2024.

The provision of a support service to those whose care needs are met via a Direct Payment requires to continue. Failure to do so could lead to service delivery breakdown for those who rely on this care, loss of employment to those personal assistants and ultimately care responsibility falling back to the Council as provider of last resort. The provision of a support service from 1st April 2024. In the first instance this will be for one year and then reviewed.

### Procurement Information

The existing provider indicated that they no longer wished to provide the Independent Living Support. A new provider needed to be sourced as a matter of urgency.
