### Procurement Information

Requirement of a managing agent for the scheme, from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 - a continuation of the existing multi-year contract which formally ends on 31 March 2025. The managing agent is responsible for customer marketing & engagement, technical surveys and installations of insulation & heating systems. With the Council's Fuel Poverty Officer responsible for project management and delivery. Review of alternative procurement routes, however the alternatives did not meet the Authorities project delivery requirements. In order to have continuity of service and compliance with Scottish Government funding obligations the only viable route was to extend with the existing provider for 12 months and procure the next tendering opportunity.
