Abertay University is exploring options for a cloud-based virtual environment solution to support its Cybersecurity and Computing programmes.

The University seeks to replace its existing systems with a flexible, scalable, and cost-effective web-based Virtual Computer Lab as a Service. The solution should enable delivery of Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, and Web Development classes online and in person, supporting a range of devices and teaching scenarios.. Abertay University is conducting a market assessment to understand supplier capability to deliver a cloud-based virtual lab platform to support Cybersecurity and Computing teaching. Suppliers are asked to review the attached capability assessment and respond to procurement@abertay.ac.uk by Friday 7th November 2025 at 12 noon.
