Properties are in scheme 25 and so are in street-by-street order as per the Address List. The Association reserve the right to offer one-off installs at voids or properties requiring a new Kitchen, these will be provided by the contractor at the agreed contract rates. It is expected that it is likely to be approximately 5 -10 per annum but this number may vary and they are not guaranteed as part of the contract..
