## Notice

The Highland Council, Aberdeenshire Council and Aberdeen City Council are inviting tenders for The Collection, Storage and Redelivery of Household Belongings, for a 3-year period, with an option to extend by a further period of up to 12 months. Each Council require a Contractor to provide a removal, transfer and storage of belongings service to be determined and notified by each Council, in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and all associated standards. The Contractor shall also provide short and long-term storage solutions, often for an unspecified amount of time.

The Highland Council, Aberdeenshire Council and Aberdeen City Council are inviting tenders for The Collection, Storage and Redelivery of Household Belongings, for a 3-year period, with an option to extend by a further period of up to 12 months. Each Council require a Contractor to provide a removal, transfer and storage of belongings service to be determined and notified by each Council, in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and all associated standards. The Contractor shall also provide short and long-term storage solutions, often for an unspecified amount of time. Tenderers shall be free to tender for 1 Council, 2 Councils or all 3 Councils. Any follow-on Contract will be individual to each Council. The Framework Agreement is anticipated to commence on 01/02/2026 for Aberdeenshire and The Highland Council. Aberdeen City Council's Framework Agreement will commence on the 1st April 2026.

Renewal: An extension is available for up to a maximum of 12 months
