## Notice

It is a requirement, as set out by the Scottish Ministers, that lettable properties have an up-to-date EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) before the tenancy agreement is made. We require access to this software in order to complete them in-house.

Renfrewshire Council is looking to engage with the market to gather information to help inform the procurement strategy and approach to contract for the lodgement of Energy Performance Certificates, and related training.. Interested market participants are invited to complete and return the questionnaire to the Council at stephanie.mckay@renfrewshire.gov.uk by 12 noon on 11/12/2025. The publication of this notice does not oblige the Contracting Authority to commence a procurement process in respect of any or all of works referred to in this notice.
