## Summary

The procurement process for the Housing, Regeneration and Demolition (H3) Framework is led by the LHC Procurement Group for the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA). The framework covers housing, regeneration, demolition, remediation, and enabling works across the United Kingdom, with a total value of £1.25 billion. The procurement stage is currently in the tender phase, with electronic submissions being accepted until 17th June 2026, at noon. This initiative targets the works industry category and seeks submissions from principal contractors eager to engage in large-scale construction and demolition projects. The procurement method is open, allowing broad competition among suppliers.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses involved in construction and related activities. It is ideally suited for companies specialising in new build developments, retrofit and estate regeneration, or demolition services. The framework aims to incorporate solutions using traditional construction and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). Moreover, there's provision for micro and small enterprises, particularly favorable for SMEs interested in lots related to smaller-scale developments or specialised remediation works. The opportunities presented by this framework are vast, promising substantial business growth for participating contractors able to meet rigorous compliance and operational standards.
