## Summary

Historic Environment Scotland recently concluded its procurement process for the "Hub and Spoke Model Research" contract. The procurement process, conducted through an open procedure, was managed electronically with the tender period ending on 9th January 2026. The project covers services related to heritage, tourism, and conservation, with focus on the UKM region. This research is part of a broader strategy to improve traditional heritage skills through collaborative partnerships, governance models, and funding identification.

The "Hub and Spoke Model Research" tender opens substantial business growth opportunities for companies specialising in heritage, conservation, built environment, and tourism sectors. Firms with experience in systems approach and collaborative models may benefit from participating in such research endeavours.
