Lot 1

The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced main contractor to deliver the construction of new office premises for Shire Housing Association. The project will be procured using the SBCC Standard Building Contract with Quantities for use in Scotland 2016 Edition. The contract award will be on a quality:price basis and full details of this will be contained in the ITT.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
