The Design and Delivery Partner contract was procured to assist with the following in relation to the Business Services Programme: -Engaging with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the service design and transformational changes needed prior to the implementation of the new technology solution. -Develop key strategies for ERP transformation up to and including the procurement of a technical solution. This will involved developing an ERP transformation full business case, drafting an ERP Strategy and defining an integration strategy amongst other key tasks. The following additional services were performed between April 2025 and October 2025: -Chart of Accounts -Common Operating Model (COM) -ITSIT Documentation -Data Vision and Principles -Technical Vision -Integration Strategy -Data Assessment -Functional Roles and Roles Based Access Control -ASE Development Event -Support for ERP Procurement Process (Clarifications) -ERP Technical Consultancy
