## Notice

The Scottish Government (SG), on behalf of the Scottish Ministers wishes to commission the qualitative analysis of 31 interview transcripts and a thematic report summarising the findings from them.The interviews were conducted by researchers in the Marine Analytical Unit (MAU) in the Scottish Government as part of a larger evaluation project that MAU has been tasked to deliver for Marine Directorate. This evaluation project has included a number of data gathering and analysis activities. The report from the project being procured here will be incorporated by MAU into a final evaluation report that will bring together the findings from all strands of the evaluation.
