The care package has been 266 hours per week for 24/7 support with all aspects of daily living, including assistance of 2:1 at set times for personal care and a waking sleepover each night. ELSS are not currently appointed to the Adult Supported Living PSA, therefore a negotiated contract is required to ensure continuity of service to allow sufficient time for them to apply and be appointed to the PSA.
