The types of fish required includes but is not limited to haddock, smoked haddock (yellow), smoked haddock (undyed), lemon sole, salmon, trout, smokies, peppered mackerel, kippers, boned kippers, cod, kering, sea bass fillets, whole sea bass, scraps..
