The contract will commence on the 1st of August 2026 and last for an initial period of 2 year and an optional extension of 2 years based on contractor performance. 4.1.1. The contract aim is to provide aids & adaptation work to a high standard to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, creating great homes for customers to live. The design and installation of Medical Adaptations to identified properties. This may include lift/hoist installations, wet room installations, bathroom/kitchen adaptations, access ramps grab rails and the like.
