## Summary

The Registers of Scotland, located in Edinburgh, has progressed to the award stage of its procurement process for a ServiceNow Developer. This contract falls under the industry category of personnel supply services, specifically for temporary IT staff. The procurement is executed via a direct award, which has been bestowed on Venesky Brown Ltd, the incumbent supplier ranked number one on the Scottish Government Temporary and Interim Staff (IT) Collaborative Framework Agreement. The contract, valued at £123,590.40, was signed on 3rd May 2026 and spans 12 months without any optional extensions. Hybrid working arrangements are available throughout the UK, however, all candidates must adhere to BPSS checks before commencement.

This tender offers significant business growth opportunities for companies specialising in IT personnel services, particularly those focused on ServiceNow development. Although the procurement method involves direct award to the ranked supplier, other businesses in the IT staffing sector can look towards similar framework agreements for future prospects. The contract highlights quality over cost, with award criteria favouring 80% on the quality of the interim worker. This presents a crucial opportunity for firms that can provide high-quality IT services and personnel, creating avenues for business expansion within government frameworks.
