We estimate a requirement of 1 WTE suitably experienced person, predominantly based on our site, with corporate back-up as needed. Outline work scope * Nominated person(s) * Developing or sustaining equipment performance measurement * Performance analysis, assessment and options development * Day-to-day coordination & coaching of existing staff and contactors * O&M procedure development * O&M planning & scheduling (incl spares and capital replacement) * Develop (and deliver where appropriate) a programme of staff training
