## Summary

The Link Group is inviting bids for a four-year Framework Agreement aimed at providing Quantity Surveying services for new build housing projects across various locations in Scotland, including the Central Belt, Argyll & Bute, and Highland regions. This restricted procedure requires interested Quantity Surveying practices to be registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent organisations. The bidding process will end on 27 March 2026 at 12:00 PM GMT, with the invitation to the second stage commencing on 24 April 2026. The focus of the procurement is on housing and community amenities, and the framework will accommodate up to eight qualified participants, involving collaboration with subsidiary companies and potentially any Registered Social Landlord operating within Scotland.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for Quantity Surveying practices, particularly those with experience in social housing projects ranging from 5 to 500 units. The economic and growth potential lies in the variety of projects possible, which can include rehabilitation and extensions as well as new builds. Businesses able to offer high-quality, cost-effective services might benefit from regular commissions through mini-tendering within the framework, paving the way for steady project work. Potential bidders should consider the geographical scope and terms of service, preparing to deliver cost-effective, efficient service that aligns with the potential community benefits outlined, such as offering student placements. This tender is ideal for firms well-versed in service provision for diverse housing needs and project scales.
