## Summary

The Common Services Agency, known as Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland), is in the planning stage of procuring a Clinical Patient Management System geared towards community urgent and out-of-hours care services. Located in Edinburgh, Scotland, this procurement falls under the health industry category, with an estimated value of £3,000,000. Key details include the publication of a market research questionnaire on 2 June 2026, with responses due by noon on 23 June 2026. The procurement process is part of a broader effort to standardise and enhance data sharing across territorial and special health boards in Scotland, supported by cross-board efficiencies. The official procurement notice is expected to be released on 1 October 2026.

This tender presents a substantial opportunity for businesses involved in healthcare software development, particularly those capable of integrating solutions with existing GP IT systems, electronic health records, NHS 24, and other digital systems used by NHS Scotland and its partners. Companies offering comprehensive digital solutions that can potentially facilitate cross-board collaborations and data sharing are particularly well-suited for this contract. As this is a preliminary stage, it allows businesses to influence the specifications and requirements prior to the formal tendering process, making it an ideal time for innovative healthcare technology providers to engage and potentially expand their footprint within the public health sector in Scotland.

## Notice

A National Clinical Patient Management solution, predominantly to support community urgent and Out of Hours care services however a number of other community-based and external services will utilise the service.
