### Lot Information

Lot 1

The works covered by this contract, are as described in A13/120 of the preliminaries, comprises of stonework repairs to traditional tenement blocks and other associated works. The work is to be carried out on properties within the 6 & 12 Agamemnon Street & 427 Dumbarton Road, Clydebank. Any subsequent works will also be in the DPHA operational area. The tenderer is to note that the tender is for the full scope of proposed works as detailed in A13/120 of the DPHA - Tender Document - Rev A. Subsequent years addresses and works will be agreed in advance of the start of the new financial year if DPHA decide to take the extension option.. Options: As required by DPHA

Renewal: The Measured Term Contract (MTC) will be for 1 year with the option to extend for a further 4 x single 12-month periods at Dalmuir Park Housing Associations discretion to have a phased approach to deliver each year's programme; to a maximum period of 5 years
