NMIS intends to purchase a suite of environmental test equipment to test packaged devices in a variety of ways including under temperature and humidity control and in the presence of bias voltages. ### Lot Information Lot 1 NMIS is in the process of expanding its manufacturing into the semiconductor advanced packaging area with specific focus on power electronic, radiofrequency and photonics. To support this expansion, NMIS intends to procure equipment that can support a wide variety of reliability testing for packaged devices. The concept design for the facility includes provision of equipment that is sufficiently flexible to support a wide variety of reliability testing. The items procured will enable NMIS to conduct reliability testing of packaged devices to ensure that the manufactured goods meet the industry quality standards. The focus of this procurement process will be equipment for reliability testing capability along with any and all associated ancillaries required. The University is seeking a supplier to supply, deliver, install, and commission the equipment.
