This Contract will include, however, will not be limited to: - Provide inspection, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair services for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems owned and operated by the University at the John Anderson Campus: - Implement a structured maintenance program - allocate resources for ongoing inspections, servicing, and repairs: - Maintain compliance with warranties, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards: - Monitor performance metrics to ensure expected energy yields; and - Must have demonstrable experience in servicing commercial PV installations, including safe DC isolation procedures, system performance evaluation, thermal imaging and the identification of common degradation and failure modes. The Contract will be awarded on a sole supply basis, and its remit largely relates to Services.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Options: In line with 72 - Modification of Contracts During their Term, of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, this Contract may be modified without a new procurement procedure in accordance with this Part in some cases. Renewal: The contract duration is 24-months, with the option to extend for up to an additional two 12-month periods.
