## Summary

South Lanarkshire Council is in the planning phase for a procurement process focusing on the delivery of an Early Years Admissions Management Programme. This initiative, titled "Early Years Admissions Management Programme," falls under the general public services industry category and aims to simplify and automate the admissions and allocation process for early years applications. The programme is expected to serve locations in the UKM95 region, specifically Hamilton. Currently at the planning stage, this process seeks market engagement to refine its requirements, with a deadline for feedback on the pre-market engagement questionnaire set for 17th April 2026. Additionally, a future notice date is anticipated on 3rd July 2026.

This tender represents a potentially lucrative opportunity for companies specialising in cloud-based solutions and education technology services. By participating in this tender, businesses can play a vital role in streamlining South Lanarkshire's early years admissions process, which could improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Companies with experience in automated systems, particularly those in alignment with public sector requirements, would be well-suited to contend in this procurement exercise. Engaging with this opportunity offers a chance for suppliers to influence public sector procurement strategy and expand their market presence in educational services. Interested parties are encouraged to complete and submit their engagement questionnaires to Gayle Chilton by the specified deadline.
