## Summary

The City of Edinburgh Council is initiating a planned procurement process for community mental health services, titled "Community Mental Health – Mini Competition via APCCT." As the governing authority, The Edinburgh Children's Partnership (ECP) oversees this framework, with key dates indicating the framework will end in October 2026. Businesses are encouraged to join the Accredited Pathways framework to bid for future contracts. The procurement pertains to general public services within the Edinburgh region, specifically under the industry category for health services (CPV Code 85323000). Submissions are open from interested providers until 9am on the 8th of April 2026, marking a crucial deadline for participation.

This procurement offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in community health services, particularly those focused on mental health. Organisations already part of the Accredited Pathways framework or planning to join by the stipulated deadline stand a stronger chance of securing contracts in upcoming mini competitions. This initiative suits entities operating within public services, providing a growth platform through collaboration with The City of Edinburgh Council. Engaging in this tender can lead to deeper involvement in regional health services projects, benefiting from a potential contract value totalling £900,000, thus presenting substantial business growth possibilities.
