Located on the outskirts of Croy village, it benefits from excellent transport links. The property comprises 4 separate communal changing rooms with toilets and shower facilities on the ground floor. The upper floor provides flexible air-conditioned activity space and kitchen facilities accessed via internal lift or external staircase. Non-exclusive parking provision is available for approx. 12 cars. - Rental offers in excess of 20,000.00 GBP (Per Annum, Exclusive of VAT) are invited.
