We have sought a non competitive quote from Target Applications (TA) for technical reasons. TA's platforms--CX Feedback, Engagement+, and Employee Pulse--are already widely implemented across the organisation, with significant investment in staff time, training, IT infrastructure and associated costs. Moving to a new supplier at this stage would not provide economic or operational benefit for Hillcrest. Additionally, our tenants actively engage with these existing platforms. To ensure continuity of tenant engagement and maintain consistent service levels, we have determined that continuing and further developing our relationship with TA is the most appropriate approach.
