The Crown Commercial Services framework that was initially identified for this requirement is not applicable as GJNH is not listed as a participating or eligible contracting authority under the relevant framework agreement and the specific requirement for hotel property management services at the Golden Jubilee Hotel is not fully within the scope of the framework specification. The requirement relates to the continued provision of Oracle Opera Cloud PMS including implementation, support and maintenance which is required for operational continuity.
